Balsamic Lamb Roast
A classic lamb roast with a sweet balsamic taste
Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour 50 minutes
Ingredients
1 1/2 kg easy carve Lamb leg
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Place Lamb in a baking dish. Combine the oil, vinegar and sugar, and brush over the Lamb.
2. Cover with foil and roast for 1 1/2 hours. Remove the foil in the last 20 minutes and baste with pan juices.
3. Remove Lamb from oven when cooked, loosely cover in foil and rest for at least 10 minutes. Serve with roasted pumpkin
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with roasted pumpkin wedges, chats potatoes and truss tomatoes.
